| Hello! Welcome to Diane's Day Care. Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have been taking care of children for the last 30 years. I started doing daycare when my own children were young. I wanted to stay home with them and be there when they got home from school. |
| The first 10 years I was licensed, which means I could take care of up to 10 children. Some were full time, and others were before and after school. For the last 20 years, I have been a Registered daycare home. As a registered home, I take care of 3 children under 18 months, with emphasis on infants, and three over 18 months of age. I decided to do this so I could give more one-on-one attention, which is more rewarding. My husband, Dan, is also my backup sitter. |
| Here is a picture of my home daycare. With the way Lawrence is growing, it seems to be about the center of town. The daycare area is located on a separate level from my living area. |

| My hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. |
| My husband and I are avid gardeners. I really enjoy taking the children into the garden to show them wonderful flowers, or to splash in the lion head fountain. |
